Our purely Fairtrade bespoke house blend which we use for all of our espresso based drinks is a blend of five beautifully balanced types of coffee. The blend is made up from coffees from the three primary coffee growing regions of the world, those being Indonesia, Latin America and Africa. We can’t tell you the exact recipe as it’s top secret! But we can tell you that one of the coffees in our recipe is a Mocha Sidamo which comes from Ethiopia. In fact it comes from the Oromia Coffee Farmers Co-Operative which was featured in the recent documentary film ‘Black Gold’ If you haven’t had the opportunity to see this film it is worth checking it out.
