ICED PEPPERMINT CHOCOLATE

280 ml full fat milk
6 tsp drinking chocolate powder
25 ml peppermint syrup
Ice
Chocolate powder to finish

Fill a large glass with ice. Place drinking chocolate powder in a cup and add just enough boiling water to dissolve. Add the peppermint syrup to the mix of drinking chocolate and boiling water and stir. Pour this mixture into the glass filled with ice. Pour the milk into the glass and stir well. Add two straws and dust with chocolate powder to finish. Serve.
