WHITE CHOCOLATE ICED MOCHA

Double Espresso
1 tbsp drinking chocolate powder
50 ml white chocolate syrup
280 ml full fat milk
Ice
Chocolate powder to finish

Fill a large glass with ice. Add 1 tbsp drinking chocolate powder and 50 ml of white chocolate syrup to a small cup and add a little hot water to blend them together. Take a double espresso and pour it over the ice, add the chocolate mix next and then add the cold milk Add two straws and dust with chocolate powder to finish. Serve
