A QUALITY SERVICE

We are keen that our products are of a high quality, natural supply. We believe it is important to our customers to know that what they are consuming is good for them and for the environment. We want to try to ensure that our products are fairly sourced. Currently we use the FAIRTRADE mark to ensure our main products are fairly sourced.

RELAXED

Coffee Revolution is about having a good time. Our customers have come in for a break, not a challenge. We want our service to be efficient, and the atmosphere to be relaxed and unpretentious. Everyone is welcome at Coffee Revolution and we thrive off the diversity of our customers and our staff.

VALUE

Coffee Revolution might not be the cheapest coffee you can find but we believe it is the best value. We aim to offer the best products at a reasonable price. This value can only be so if the customer sees the quality of our products and service and our principles as being worth the extra. That’s just one of the reasons we regard them so importantly.

EDUCATIONAL

Coffee is an interesting subject and we want others to share our passion for it. We want to provide information to our customers both about our products, and about issues surrounding the communities who supply them. But the learning doesn’t stop there. We also want our staff to develop and grow. We encourage best practice and the sharing of skills at all times. We want our workplaces to be a learning environment.

COMMUNITY

We want Coffee Revolution to be a part of its local community. Coffee bars are a central meeting place and we welcome this role. Although we are a branded operation we recognise that different outlets serve different local communities, not just in location, but also in type and style. It is important that we reflect what is happening in our immediate location and take our part in it.
